The Intertops Sportsbook

More than any other sportsbook giving action to US players, Intertops have a large % of clients from other countries. Their available sports markets reflects their international client base outside of their main North American market.

Recently in 2015 they updated their betting software quite dramatically, putting level at level pegging with other online sportsbooks in the development and interface area. Users have the choice to use the older interface or the new, which is very handy.

American sports bettors will have all their favorite sports markets available, with just about every major worldwide sport also covered.

Intertops are similar to 5Dimes in regards to their massive betting menu of sports and leagues, but perhaps not to the 5Dimes level of betting categories. Teasers, parlays, round robin wagers and half-time and quarter bets are available also.

Intertops are certainly in the sharper realm of online sports betting sites. Unfortunately their teaser odds and propositions are now around the industry average. The sportsbook used to over 20 prop markets available for each NFL game but they have cut these back.

Intertops’ futures markets have some value that clients would find hard to find at other sportsbooks, but overall they don’t have anything above and beyond in that area.

Overall a very solid sportsbook.

Live Betting

The live betting markets available to players are large from an individual game perspective.

They have the majority of worldwide soccer leagues and betting markets available and a host of other global sports. US-facing sports markets aren’t as widely available as competitors who focus solely on U.S sports, however, and this is likely due to the large amount of foreign bettors they cater for.

Intertops upgraded their live betting interface quite recently and it works well, but unfortunately there are limited markets besides live point spreads and totals. There are much better live sports betting options in the US market.

Their live betting experience is still very good, but it’s not as elite as U.S focused sites like Bovada and BetOnline.

Intertops Betting Limits

There is no client facing page that lists Intertops betting limits by sport, but we found that they accept a $2,000 maximum bet or ($2,200 to win $2,000) on most major sports betting markets . This places them in the recreational sportsbook bracket, as apposed to the professional, high stakes sports bettors that are welcomed at Bookmaker.au. The promotions that they offer new and existing clients also reflect there recreational betting bracket.

Major markets would likely include all major sports leagues in the U.S, including NHL, NFL and NCAA sports, major soccer leagues, such as the EPL, Spanish Primera, Bundesliga, Serie A and international competitions including the Champions League, UEFA Cup and Soccer World Cup.

Lesser leagues in European and North America would qualify as smaller markets, along with many props, futures, and half-time bets.  Limits here can vary to large degrees.

Some sports may have a maximum of as low as $500., while propositions may be lower still.

Intertops have a minimum bet limit of $1.00 for all markets, so low stakes bettors will also be able to enjoy betting at Intertops without worrying about digging too deep into their pockets.
